What I Eat In A Day



When I left my job at the beginning of August last year I was suddenly back to being a stay at home mum with more time on my hands than I was used too. Well so to speak anyway when you have two demanding children! 

I found myself eating a lot more now that I wasn't scheduled by break times and the closer to Christmas it was getting the worse it was getting. It is so easy in the evenings when my husband is on a late just to sit, watch Netflix and eat. I mean the two go hand in hand really don't they?

But slowly its been getting to me. I haven't been happy with how I have been looking the past few months especially with my post c-section tummy.

Two weeks ago I decided to take action and I have started to watch what I am eating. I wouldn't say I have put myself on a diet but I am using some of the things I have learnt when I was previously on slimming world. I already feel better for it. Powering my body with crap all the time just wasn't working and I was becoming very aware that the kids were watching what I was grabbing for food wise too. 

Don't get me wrong you'll still find me eating a packet of biscuits or chocolate just not all day long.

One of my wishes for this year was to do more things for me and this is one of them.
